Living Room

The living room, fully furnished in African style, is the perfect place to sit down, drink a Gin and Tonic (or even some spectacular South African Wine) and muse about the day gone by with friends – while the sunsets through the double glass doors overlooking the ocean. Colonial leather couches with two 2-seaters, one single-seater and ottoman around an antique large coffee table – matched with the Flatscreen TV and Surround sound, means there is more than enough room for everyone to socialize or watch sports’ games. The antique table (seating six) is perfect for a home-cooked meal, should you choose not to dine out at on of Cape Town’s hundreds of world-class eateries.

Outside

The Large deck ( which extends from the living room) is facing the sea with teak table and four chairs, is the perfect breakfast hang-out. Sit in your robe, soak up the morning sun and watch the world go by. The barbecue, sun loungers and Jacuzzi make this the perfect place to entertain guests. The mountain-facing patio with small garden is an outside area at the entrance of the apartment.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Master Bedroom: The Master bedroom offers the best view of the ocean from the queen bed (with the softest percale white linen) and en-suite bathroom with bath, wc, shower and his & hers sinks. Small luxuries like a hairdryer, digital code-safe and a large built-in walk-through cupboards means you wake up feeling quite at home.

Second Double Room: Bedroom two has a queen bed (with the softest percale white linen) , a large cupboard and en-suite bathroom with shower, wc, sink.

Bedroom three: (ideal for the children or friends) has two long, single beds (without wooden frame so even the longest of men feels comfortable) and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over wc, sink.

Kitchen

The villa has an open plan kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee and espresso machine. It also includes a washing machine and dryer.

Little Luxuries

A small, almost private beach right in front of the apartment is the perfect spot to have a dip (for those who dare) or to catch some rays.

Parking & Access

There is one parking garage with space for 2 cars, as well as funicular (small train) to second-story apartment for those who would not like to climb the steps. Wheel-chair access by prior arrangement. (Unfortunately, no Handy-cap toilet facility).

Safety and Security

The Apartment has an alarm system, as well as a series of locks to access. We can facilitate a private security guard for your service, at an additional cost of R250 per day.

The apartment is serviced daily by Prudence, our local cleaning help. This is included in the price. Please contact us if you may require any of the following additional services:
